π° Selfish Makai Ortiz-Gray Is Killing The Titans Championship Aspirations
September 4, 2026
Itβs September 4th, and if you arenβt calling out the frauds, youβre part of the problem. Letβs talk about Makai Ortiz-gray. At 23.1 PPG, heβs a highlight machine, but letβs be real: those 2.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists are pathetic for someone who dominates the ball. Heβs essentially an isolation sinkhole. Compare that to Eli Washingtonβs 5.9 APG and all-around floor game, and itβs clear: Ortiz-gray is playing for his own box score, while actual leaders are playing for championships. Someone on that roster needs to tell him to pass the rock or step aside.
The Titans are in serious trouble and everyone knows it. They act like former champions, but they play like a pickup team that just met in the parking lot. While Ortiz-gray hunts for his 23 points, the teamβs lack of vision is glaring. Contrast this with Jared Kumahβs 10.6 RPG dominance on the Bullies; Kumah controls the paint, whereas Ortiz-gray provides nothing but empty-calorie scoring. If the Titans think theyβre sniffing another title with this one-dimensional display, theyβre delusional.
Nobody wants to say it, but this season is exposing the difference between "stat-padders" and winners. Iβm going on record: if Makai Ortiz-gray doesnβt evolve his game beyond just hunting for shots, the Titans will be out in the first round. Itβs embarrassing to watch such raw talent wasted on such selfish basketball. Bookmark this page, because when the Titans crash and burn, donβt act surprised. I told you so.
