πŸ“° Jared Kumah is a selfish liability sabotaging the Bullies championship run

September 16, 2026
Nobody wants to say it, but let’s be real: Jared Kumah is the most overrated player in the BAL right now. The Bullies are supposedly a powerhouse, yet their "star" big man is nothing more than a glorified rebound-padder who disappears when the game requires actual playmaking. With a pitiful 1.2 assists per game, Kumah is a black hole on offense. Compare that to a real floor general like Eli Washington, who dishes out 5.9 assists while putting up 20.7 PPG. If you aren't creating for your teammates, you’re just clogging the paint. This is embarrassing for a team with championship aspirations. While Ethan Benne is out here dropping 30.4 PPG and carrying the Tropics, Kumah is scraping by with 23.7 PPG despite being the focal point of the Bullies' interior attack. It’s clear the Bullies are in serious trouble and everyone knows it; they’re leaning on a guy who can’t distribute the rock or impact the game outside of grabbing uncontested boards. Someone on that roster needs to step up or step aside because relying on Kumah’s limited skillset is a one-way ticket to a first-round exit. Let’s look at the cold, hard facts: Marqel Wansley is doing more with less, providing elite scoring and nearly triple the playmaking output of Kumah. If you’re a Bullies fan, you’re kidding yourself if you think this brand of selfish, one-dimensional basketball is going to win a trophy. Kumah’s numbers look pretty on a spreadsheet, but in the gym, he’s a liability holding the rest of the league’s talent hostage. It’s time to stop the hype train before the Bullies crash and burn.
